Manual lattice registration for Pure-Data Witness. This static page never uploads your file and never fetches URLs from the browser (CORS + safety). It builds a registration pack and the CLI/agent command that performs safety-gated archive + Star Chart fork node.

Safety rules (enforced in CLI/skill)

HTTPS only — no http, no credentials in URL
No private/loopback/cloud-metadata IPs (SSRF block)
Size cap 256 KiB public snapshot
Content heuristics reject malware bait / extreme script density
Star Chart nodes go to pending via gate + --i-consent (no anonymous browser inject)
