Intent (honest growth) This catalog is the **music limb of the LYGO lattice** — branching in all directions with the same spirit as the protocol: light, truth, and voluntary support. I release my music **free to listen and free to download** because I believe in **honest growth**: people find the work, live with it, and if it matters to them they may choose to support the human who makes it — so more can be added. What this license covers All **original musical works** authored or controlled by Justin Helmer / Excavationpro / Lightfather as offered through official LYGO / Excavationpro surfaces, including without limitation: - Masters, mixes, and public stream encodes (e.g. 160 kbps catalog streams) - Tracks listed on sovereign listen hubs, music catalog ledger, HF stream dataset, and asiancoastline / excavationpro portals - Artwork, titles, and metadata **as packaged with the music** on those surfaces - Future releases added under the same steward name unless a track carries a different explicit notice Third-party samples, featured artists, or DistroKid/Spotify mirrors may carry **additional** rights; where a feature credit exists, only the steward’s share is licensed here. Non-owned material is not granted. --- ## 2. You may (personal freedom) Without paying a fee, for **personal, non-commercial** use, you may: 1. **Listen** online via official portals and stream URLs. 2. **Download** copies offered by the steward for **your own** listening (phone, library, offline). 3. **Share links** to official portals (prefer catalog / listen hub / this license page). 4. **Use short excerpts** in non-monetized personal posts or private creative mood-boards with credit when practical. 5. **Support** the steward voluntarily (donation / tip / Patreon) if you want the work to continue. --- ## 3. You may not (without prior written permission) 1. **Claim ownership** or authorship of the music. 2. **Sell**, rent, monetize, or commercially distribute the tracks (paid downloads, paid sample packs, NFTs of the master, stock-music resale, etc.). 3. **Rebrand** tracks as your own release, white-label, or “type beat” product. 4. Use the music as **official** soundtrack, ad, film, game, app, or brand campaign **commercially** without a separate license from the steward. 5. Strip credits, CAS hashes, ISRC/ledger identity, or license notices to hide origin. 6. Train **closed commercial AI models** on the catalog for resale of derivative models without permission (personal research / non-commercial experiment is not the target of this ban; selling a model built primarily on this catalog is). 7. Use the work to promote hate, mass deception, or to harm the steward’s reputation by false endorsement. --- ## 4. All rights reserved Except for §2, **all rights remain with Justin Helmer**. No trademark license is granted to “LYGO”, “Excavationpro”, “Lightfather”, or related marks beyond truthful credit. Free listen/download **does not** waive mechanical, neighboring, sync, or master rights. Streaming on Spotify/YouTube/etc. is under those platforms’ terms **in addition** to this license for steward-controlled free surfaces. --- ## 5. Both keep steward ownership. --- ## 8. No warranty Music and streams are provided **as is**. No warranty of uninterrupted hosting. Official portals may move; prefer lattice anchors for current URLs. --- ## 9. Permission / commercial use For films, ads, games, samples packs, or anything outside §2, contact the steward via Excavationpro / DeepSeekOracle channels **before** use. --- ## 10. Termination Breach of §3 terminates the §2 license. Continued use after breach is unauthorized.
